Laser Hair Removal (face And Underarms)

HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Our laser uses a controlled concentrated beam of light, to get rid of hair. Lasers selectively target dark, coarse hairs while leaving the surrounding skin undamaged. Each pulse of the laser takes a fraction of a second and can treat many hairs at the same time.  

ARE THERE ANY SIDE EFFECTS? WHAT ABOUT DOWNTIME? 

The treated area can look and feel sunburned for one to two days. You can usually wear makeup the next day. You should always avoid direct sunlight before and after treatments and never use indoor tanning equipment. You should always wear sunscreen on the treated areas. Other potential side effects include swelling, redness, and scarring.  

VERY IMPORTANT NOTICE! 

Do not pluck, wax, or use electrolysis for six weeks before treatment. The point of laser treatment is to target the hairs’ roots, which would be missing if you plucked or waxed them.  

Laser hair reduction will not remove 100% of the hair, however it should significantly reduce the amount of hair that regrows in the treated area.  

HOW MANY TREATMENTS DO I NEED? 

The hair growth cycle is approximately every six to twelve weeks. 

Most patients require six to eight treatments approximately six to to eight weeks apart to target the various stages of hair follicle growth. Maintenance is dependent on each

individual.  

HOW MUCH DO THE TREATMENTS COSTS? 

Treatment cost varies depending on which area is being treated. Our chin, upper lip, forehead, or neck treatments are $100.00 per treatment . Our cheeks treatment is $200.00 per treatment.
