I had an appointment to see dr. Walkes. The had me their 3 hrs. Dr. WALKES was not their that day. The staff did not tell me he was not there. I would have rescheduled if i knew. The appt setter should have resheduled me. . HOWEVER Dr. WAlkes had nothing to do with it. Especially the staff telling me i needed to see dr. Walkes since i had a procedure a few weeks before and missed 2appts after. They gaslit me and pissed me off. Make it make since. I specifically asked 2 see 2drs the same day . 1 dr was there. Dr walkes was not. But they took my co pay for both drs. And knew 1 was not there. That does not sit well with me. And i felt mistreated.

I have to say that everyone was very nice. I loved Bert and Ana! they made me feel so comfortable.
The doctor seemed very knowledgeable and explained my condition in layman’s terms.

Excellent Doctor explain things to you .Things that my husband and I didn’t know and we can understand! He helped us to get new tennis shoes and the right prosthesis . Easy to talk too. I’m walking 7 miles without pain!
