Contact Options:

Reach out to us via email, phone, Google Form, WhatsApp, or Instagram, and specify the procedure you are interested in.

 

Initial Consultation:

We will reach out to your based on your preferred method of communication to discuss your interests. Then we will setup an online meeting to discuss the type of treatment(s), timeline, budget, medical background, and travel history.

 

Proposal Submission:

You will receive a treatment agreement which will include, the type of treatment(s), timelines, budget, expectations and other important details via email with a price guarantee for two weeks. After this period, a new offer will need to be created.

 

Medical Evaluation:

Our patient advocate will coordinate an online session with healthcare provider(s) for preliminary assessments. There is a non-refundable $200 fee required for this consultation. All payments collected from clients can be made via Zelle, wire transfer to a US account or credit card, with a 2.5% transaction fee.

 

Logistics Arrangements:

  • Flight Reservations (if preferred).
  • Accommodation Booking.
  • Trip Confirmation: Secure your trip by paying 50% of the proposal amount, with payment options of a transfer to our US account or credit card (subject to a 2.5% fee).
  • Medical Procedure booking.
  • Experience Planning: Coordinate activities such as dining, spa visits, shopping, and more.
  • Travel insurance will be part of the medical package.

Travel and Medical Procedures:

  • A reliable driver will greet you at the airport.
  • Meet our guide at the hotel for city orientation, sightseeing tips, appointment schedules, and other necessary information.
  • Upon arrival, settle the remaining 50% of the proposal amount, with payment options of a transfer to our US account or credit card, subject to a 2.5% fee.
  • Pre-Treatment Assistance: Receive guidance and support for pre-treatment requirements and consultations.
  • Treatment Management: Benefit from continuous support from our healthcare team throughout the process.
  • Post-Treatment Support: Arrange follow-up appointments and any essential post-treatment care.

 

Customer Care and Follow-Up

  • 24/7 Assistance: Continuous support for any inquiries or emergencies while in Medellin.
  • Upon your return to the United States following your procedure, please allow the team one business day to respond to your queries.
  • In the event of a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1 or proceed to the nearest hospital.

 

Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds:

The full procedure costs are required to be paid in advance 30 days before the initial travel date.

25% of the total cost is needed to confirm the trip and procedure dates with the healthcare provider.

Don’t worry, if your plans change before your date of travel, we can rebook your trip for a 15% change fee.

Payments can be made incrementally as long as the remaining balance is settled 30 days before the initial travel date.

***Cancellation Policy: A 50% cancellation fee applies if you opt to cancel the treatment(s) before the scheduled travel date. No refunds are issued once the travel has commenced.***
